Megan Downer M.A. CCC-SLP, CLC

Megan graduated from Michigan State University with her Master’s degree in 2014. As a practicing speech language pathologist for 10 years, Megan has provided advanced therapy across the continuum and has supported families ranging from infants to geriatric populations. Megan’s background includes work in the public school, pediatric private practice, and hospital settings. Megan has two daughters who both have benefited from therapy services; one daughter with a cleft palate and her other born prematurely.

Additionally, Megan is a Certified Lactation Counselor. Megan has taken several additional certifications to stay up to date on the latest research including becoming a SOS provider (Sequential Oral Sensory Approach) for feeding therapy, Diane Bahr’s feeding classes, and the Babble and Munch Program. Megan’s passion is working with children to help them achieve their greatest potential. She makes therapy fun but purposeful while using the latest evidence based therapeutic techniques and clinical experience.

Ashley Fetters M.S. CCC-SLP, CLC

Ashley has developed unique and specialized therapy skills to serve infants and children. She has provided advanced therapy to children from all over the country including Massachusetts, Washington DC, Ohio and Michigan. She graduated from Miami University in Ohio with her Undergraduate degree in 2008, and completed her Master’s Degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. Ashley has worked in a variety of settings including Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), acute medical care, clinics, private practice and schools. She has worked at the top children’s hospitals in the country including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

In addition, Ashley has been a Certified Lactation Counselor for 9 years and has continued to develop her skills through working with IBCLCs. Ashley has advanced training in SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding In Fragile Infants) as well as cleft lip and palate feeding. Ashley has a passion for helping children and families work towards their goals with creativity, compassion and clinical excellence.
